The sports car comes with all new design styles, providing roomy interior space and stylish exteriors. The spacious compartment at the rear side of the car is featured with three full-sized seats. The third row folding seat increases the cargo capacity from 420 liters to 1350 liters. Apart from the roomy interior, it is also decorated with fine quality gadgets, within the control of driver.
The new BMW X1 is ready to hit the car market with an option of 6-cylinder gasoline engine and three 4-cylinder diesel versions. The 6-cylinder gasoline engine can deliver power up to 190 kilo watts, whereas the BMW X1 xDrive 23d comes equipped with a twin turbo engine can deliver power up to 150 kilo watts and it is also featured with a common rail fuel injection system.
The 2011 BMW X1 model is expected to debut at the European auto show and it is likely to offer in one gasoline and three diesel engines. The diesel engine with four-cylinder turbocharged version can deliver power up to 143 hp and torque of 236 lb ft. With the powerful engine, the sports car can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in a time span of just 10.1 seconds. The other engine, xDrive 20d model can deliver power up to 204 hp and torque of 295 lb ft. This engine helps the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in a time of just 7.3 seconds. The powered generated by the sports car can meet the current generation speed standards.
